Frohnapfel, Donald,C. 75, of Elm Grove passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2011.
He was born September 12, 1935 the son of the late Clement G. Frohnapfel and Anna C. (Weiskircher) Frohnapfel.
Donald is preceded in death by his sister, Betty Ann Boyd and brother, Thomas Frohnapfel.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Barbara (Frazier) Frohnapfel; three sons, Jason (Betsy) Frohnapfel, Eric
Grace and Justin Frohnapfel; his sister, Kay (Harry) Hohman and several nieces and nephews.

Janis M. Fowler 59, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Tuesday, April 19th, 2011 at her home.
She was born December 28, 1951 in Norwalk, Ohio the daughter of the late George N. Moore and Eleanor D.
Sheppard.
She was Christian by Faith. She loved collecting Dolphins, cooking, spending time with her grandchildren and
computer games. She also enjoyed talking with friends and family on the phone.
In addition to her parents, Janis was preceded in death by her sister, Beverly "Kramer" Myers and also her brother,
Larry "Kramer" Moore.
She is survived by her husband, Stan Fowler of Moundsville, WV; three sons, George Moore of Michigan, Garry
(Carla) Figley of West Virginia and Albert Figley of Moundsville, WV; two brothers, James Moore of Michigan and
Frank Edward Kramer of Norwalk, Ohio; 14 grandchildren and 1 great- granddaughter.
Services will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the First Baptist Church, 4th St. and Baker Ave. in
Moundsville with Rev. Donald Lucas officiating.
Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Norwalk, Ohio.
