Vah, Robert “Deuce” Andrew, 61, of Barton, Ohio, died Friday, June 5, 2009, at Belmont Manor
Nursing Home, St. Clairsville, Ohio.

Deuce was born April, 01, 1948 in Barton, Ohio, the son of the late John and Katherine Zavatsky Vah.

He formally worked as a mill wright and honored his country by serving 3 tours in Viet Nam and 1 tour in the
Philippines in the United States Navy.  He was a member of the Bellaire American Legion Post 52, and Colerain,
Ohio VFW Post 8848, he belonged to the Greek Orthodox Church in Barton, Ohio.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Martha Terrill.
                                                                                                                                                    Survivors include
a brother, John Vah Jr. and his wife Colletta of Elyria, OH; a sister, Susan Wiggins and her husband Bob of
Bellaire, OH; a brother in law, Bill Terrill of Moundsville, WV; and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial service will be held in memory of Deuce on June 26, at 6:00 PM at the Barton Fire Department with
Valley Hospice Chaplin Ron Rice officiating.

Carlton D. Dobbs, Sr., 73, of 1719 First Street, Moundsville WV, passed away Monday, June 22, 2009 in
Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, WV, after a long and courageous battle with arthritis.

He was born July 31, 1935 in Belton, WV the son of the late George Dobbs and Dessie Blake Dobbs.

He was Christian by faith.

He was a retired T.V. repairman and owner of Dobbs T.V. repair on First Street Moundsville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Josephine Garrison and Charlotte
Maxine Palmer, and a brother, Lawrence Dobbs.

Surviving are one daughter Beth Ann (Greg) Miller and their children Camden and Courtney of Moundsville;
Two sons, Carl Dobbs Jr. of Palm Springs, FL, and Michael (Leanne) Dobbs and their children Kelsey and Craig
of Moundsville; five sisters, Patricia Smithson, Janice Kuhn, Betty Noble, and Sharon (Charles) Peters all of
Moundsville, and Barbara (Roger) Gorby of Aiken, SC; three brothers, Byron (Doris) Dobbs of Louisville, OH,
Beryl (Eileen) Dobbs and Sherrell (Ella) Dobbs of Moundsville; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will be received for visitation on Thursday, June 25, 2009 from 2 – 4 PM and from 6 – 8 PM
at CARE Funeral & Cremation Service, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville, WV.  Funeral services will be held on
Friday, June 26, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the CARE Chapel with Pastor Ron McCoy officiating.

Interment will be at Riverview Cemetery, Round Bottom Hill, Moundsville, WV.

Rosalie Yoho, 64, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Monday, June 22, 2009 at Reynolds Memorial
Hospital.

She was born on November 21, 1944 in Glen Dale, WV the daughter of late Lester Gray and Avis West Gray.

She worked as a nurses aid at Mound View Health Care Center in Moundsville for 7 years.

She loved to play bingo and to go fishing.  She also enjoyed spending time and playing with her grandchildren.

She was protestant by faith.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Virgil Yoho; 3 sisters, Deanna Gray; Ella
Emery; and Phyllis Koytoe; and a brother James Gray.

She is survived by 4 daughters, Caroline (Ronald) Henry of Cameron, WV; Judy (Michael) Warner of Wheeling,
WV; Chrissy Clayton of Wheeling, WV; and Cindy (Jim) Smith of Moundsville; a brother, Robert Gray of Proctor,
WV; 3 sisters, Delores (Dale) Ritcher of Wheeling, WV; Lila (Dean) McGuire of TX; and Judy Callaway of TX; 9
grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and  a special friend, Jeanie Skulas, of
Moundsville.

Family and friends will be received for visitation on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 from 2-8 PM.  Funeral services
will be Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the CARE Chapel beginning at 10:00 AM with Rev. Debbie Dague officiating.

Interment will be at Riverview Cemetery.

Charles Robert “Bob” Cochran, 58, of 7th Street Moundsville died Tuesday, June 23 at the Ohio
Valley Medical Center,

He was born August 24, 1950 in Point Pleasant, WV, the son of the late David Sherman and Mary Margaret
Hicks Cochran.

Bob was former coal miner, stock car racer, a loving father and brother and was of the Christian faith.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by Kelly Ann Pond, a sister, Pamela Sue Cochran and a
brother, James Ray Cochran.

Survivors include two sons, Mathew David Cochran of Moundsville and Rusty Allen (Christina) Cochran of
Sardis, Ohio; two brothers, David Michael Cochran of Pittsburgh, PA and John (Diana) Cochran of Glen Dale
WV; two sisters, Jean Woodyard of Pt. Pleasant, WV, Joanne (Joe) Calcara of Columbus, OH; one sister-in-law,
Janet Cochran of Moundsville, WV; one grand son, Dakoda Wayne Debolt of Wheeling, WV; and several
nieces, nephews and friends.

Family and friends will gather Friday June 26, at 5 pm at the Care Chapel were a Memorial Service will be held
beginning at 6 pm with Pastor Paul Smith officiating.

Joyce E. Mason, 63 of Moundsville passed away Saturday, June 27, 2009 at home.
She was the daughter of the late William and Jessie Graham Pysell.

Joyce was a Veterinarian Technician and loved animals as well as tending to her plants and gardening.

She was a Christian by faith.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years Roland Mason and her two sons, Jeff Mason of Moundsville and
Mike Mason and wife Tasha of Moundsville; One brother, Tom and wife Lilli of Green Valley AZ; Three sisters,
Carol Burke of Sandusky OH, Etta Kimberlin and husband Jay of Sandusky, OH and Barbara Brum and
husband Antonio of Ft. Walton Beach Fl; 3 Grandsons and 2 Granddaughters.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
