Nancy Irene (Morris) West, 83, of Moundsville, WV passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV.

Nancy was born April 4, 1933 in Moundsville, daughter of the late Ray D. and Mary (Burge) Morris.

She was a retired cook for Marshall County Schools, homemaker and member of the Ash Avenue Church of God, Moundsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, John Lindsey West; two daughters, Diane Cooper and Judy Kay West; brother, Ray D. Morris and two sisters, Evelyn Elliston and Kathryn Morris

Nancy is survived by her granddaughter, Amanda Hale; great granddaughter, Janelle McClintock; cousins, Harry and Carol Burge; caregivers, Scott Henderson and Sharon Snyder and Special Angels, Sandy Parsons and Vivian Taylor..

Friends will be received, Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 11am until the time of service at noon at CARE Funeral & Cremation Service, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville, with Pastor C.J. Plogger officiating. Interment will follow at Greenview Cemetery, Moundsville.
