Darwin R. Hudson, 85, of Wellsville died at home on Friday July 14, 2017.
Darwin was born in Greensburg PA a son of the late Edwin E. Hudson and Hattie (Ulrich) Hudson. He grew up in Irwin PA and moved to the area in the 1960’s. Having lived most of his life in the area. He operated Western Auto in Wellsville and was a member of the Elks .
He is survived by two sons: Randy (Vicki) of Houston TX and Rick (Cathy) Hudson of Wellsville; a daughter: Darlene Marshall (John) of Shalimar FL; a sister Rochelle (Jim) Belak of Irwin PA and eight grandchildren: Savanah, Justin, Andrew, Dara, Tyler, Corey, Darci, and Greg.
In addition to his parents Darwin was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Ann (Zentner) Hudson whom he married in 1954.
Services will be held on Monday July 17, 2017 at the Wellsville Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes at 3PM with Pastor Mark Blakely of the Wellsville Christian Church officiating.
Burial will take place in Penn Lincoln Memorial Cemetery in Irwin PA.

The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 1pm up until the time of service at 3pm.
