David "Dave" McKinnon

February 21, 1970 - November 14, 2021

David Richard McKinnon, 51, of East Liverpool, OH passed away at his home on Sunday, November 14, 2021 following a lengthy illness. David was born in Carrollton, OH on February 21, 1970, the son of Linda McKinnon and the late Dale Gordon.

Dave attended East Liverpool High School and lived in the area his entire life. He last worked as a lineman for Lewis Tree Service. Dave, who was best known as “Uncle Dave” loved his family and spent as much time with them as possible. He had many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. He was a Harley enthusiast and spent as much time as possible riding.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are: his mother, Linda McKinnon, of East Liverpool, two sisters: Laurie (Kurt) Jordan, of Lisbon, and Angie Walsh, of East Liverpool; one niece, Chelsea Keyes; and 3 nephews: Paul Joy, James Walsh, and Dylan Walsh; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Dave also leaves behind his best friend Ralphy Berdine.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 5PM-7PM at the Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists- Martin Chapel in Calcutta. The funeral will take place following visitation at 7PM with Pastor Dirk Hall from the Living Well Church in Wellsville officiating. The family requests Harley shirts and bandanas be worn in memory of Dave.

The family is requesting donations be made towards funeral costs.
