David Rayner

David Ealy Rayer, 62, of Bellaire, Ohio died on Tuesday December 1, 2020.

He was born December 25, 1957 in Glendale, WV, a son of the late Raymond and Virgina (Chambers) Rayner.

David was a retired Contractor from Lauren Nelson Interiors and a member of the First United Methodist Church, Bellaire, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Sally Stevey and Jeanie Stevie.

David is survived by his loving wife, RuthAnn Rayner, two children, Heather Stewart of Bellaire, Ohio, David Stewart, of Bellaire, Ohio, and a step son, Timothy L. (Kathy) Coss, of Freeport, Illinois, an adopted daughter, Mary (Tony) Means, of Bellaire, Ohio, a brother, James Rayner of Missouri, a sister Christina (Galloway) Rayner, eight grandchildren, one great grandson,  many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Arrangements will be at the convenience of the family.
