Deborah “Debbie” Dawn Fox

Deborah “Debbie” Dawn Fox, 53, of Moundsville, WV passed away on Monday, October 24, 2016 at UPMC Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born in Moundsville, WV on February 26, 1963, a daughter of Thelma Joanne (Johnson) Fox of Moundsville and the late Terry Ronald Fox.
She was an employee of Dr. Anwar’s office whom loved to garden, plant flowers,
exercise and spend time with her family.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her significant other, Jimmy Worrels of Moundsville; two children, Marcus and Jade Worrels of Moundsville; sister, Carla Fox of FL and two brothers, Jim (Leonna) Fox and Charley Fox of GA.
Per the families request, there will be no services at this time.
