    THOMAS SCHELL says:
I am so saddened to learn of Bill's death. Bill and Anita were neighbors of ours when we lived on Joella Dr. in St Clairsville. We had lots of fun times together over the years. Bill and I were also in Rotary together and after we moved to Florida Bill visited me on a couple occasions and then he and his wife moved to Florida and then I lost track of him. He truly was a great person and I will remember some of our times together. To all the Children: please accept our sincere sympathy for the loss of your father and a true gentleman. Rest high on that mountain Doctor Bill.
