Gary R. Hatcher, 53, of Wheeling, WV passed away on January, 29, 2022 at his home. Gary was born September 10, 1968 in Wheeling, WV the son of the late Gary Hatcher and Mary Singer. Gary loved music and attending concerts. Gary is survived by his sister, Heather Allen (Kelly Watts) and niece, Areonna Martin. There will be no visitations or services. Gary was always around in the neighborhood (Overbrook) and was into all of our collective shenanigans. He really enjoyed hanging out and could always take a joke. It wouldn’t have been as much fun if Gary weren’t there. He laughed a lot, but was very sensitive. RIP friend.
