Helen V. Freeman, 85, of Shadyside, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 20, 2016 at Ohio State University, Wexner Medical Center, James Cancer Center.
She was born May 23, 1930, a daughter of the late Harmon and Gay (Hill) Dolin. Helen was a Christian by faith and enjoyed to garden.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, David Freeman (2010); two daughters, Mary Ellen Vance and Nancy Ivkovich; one sister, Lou Calinger; two brothers, Donald Dolin and Jim Hill, and one granddaughter, Corinna Wright.
Helen is survived by three children, Vickie (Jamie) Morrison, Gerald (Darlene) Bruce and Georgia Hamilton; one sister, Shirley Coleman; three brothers, Raymond, Roy and Howard Dolin; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and close friends, Chuck and Barb McGee.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
