James Edward White II 43, of Rogers, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016.

“Eddie” was born on September 1, 1973 in Monroe, Michigan a son to James “Jim” and Linda (Horton) White. He lived most of his life in this area and was a 1991 graduate of Riverside High School in Painesville, Ohio. He worked as an Iron Worker and Welder out of Union Local 207. He enjoyed riding motor cycles, working on cars, and playing in pool leagues. His greatest joy in life was watching his son play little league football. Eddie was a member of Monroe Missionary Baptist Church in Michigan.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son Caleb X. White of Rogers, OH; a brother: Corey White and his wife Nicole of Newberry Park, CA; two nephews: Ethan and Aaron white and his maternal grandmother: Mildred Westrate of Summerfield, FL.

He is preceded in death by his Maternal grandfather: Niles Horton and Paternal grandparents: Charles & Mary White.

Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 3 PM with Evangelist Roy Seaux of Lake Mount Church officiating. Burial will take place in Rose Lawn Memorial Garden in LaSalle Michigan.

Family will be present to receive friends at the Calcutta funeral home on Friday, September 16, 2016 from 6 to 8 PM and up until the time of service on Saturday.
