Nancy Isabel (Drake) Bolen, 88, of Moundsville, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at home.

Nancy was born October 5, 1932, in Glen Dale, the daughter of the late Clarence and Ada (Lewis) Drake.

Nancy was a homemaker and a Christian by faith.

Surviving is her husband Donald N. Bolen Sr.; a son Donald N. Bolen Jr. four daughters Cynthia Whorton (Jerry), Barbara Rice, Brenda Freeman and Sandra Burge (Rick) ; seven grandchildren Jennifer Henderson (Brad), Dawn Nicole Allen (Ron), Mirinda Gump, Christopher  Freeman, Corey Rice, Kelly Novel, and Jamie Wade Sheperd; thirteen great-grandchildren;  one great-great-grandchild; and her best friend Esther Powell.

Friends will be received on Sunday, December 20, 2020, from 2-6 pm at Care Funeral & Cremation Service, 1500 2nd Street, Moundsville. Services will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020, at 11 am with Dr. Rev. Lawrence Kline officiating. Interment to follow at Halcyon Hills Memorial Gardens, Sherrard.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice, who helped us through this difficult time, especially Nurse Shannon Stout, who was a Godsend.
