Rev. Bill is one of the finest persons I have ever met. I knew him and another friend of ours, Gene Richter, at the seminary. They were marvelous friends there and later in the ministry. God has blessed many, many persons through the ministry and life of Bill. May God bless you, his wife, and his children and grandchildren. May we who have known Bill become instruments of the peace and goodwill of Christ. Many blessings to all of you. May Bill inspire us to show his joy, goodwill, generosity and kindness to others.
