Rhonda Jean Allen, 59, of Powhatan Point, OH, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at home.

Rhonda was born on October 6, 1962, daughter of the late Gary Wayne Allen and Mary Louise (Jones) Allen.

Rhonda was a 1981 graduate of River High School.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Joy “Jell Bell” Allen in 2016 and Vicky Allen Brandon in 2018.

Surviving are his daughter, Jennifer Mozena of Powhatan Point, whom was helping care for her mother; son, Justin (Summer) Mozena also of Powhatan Point; four special grandchildren, Dante, Maddox, Brody and Makenzie Mozena; sister, Paula (Terry) Haslam of Clarington, OH; special aunt, Paula Neidert Jones of Powhatan Point and
several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Friday, October 22, 2021 from 4pm until time of services at 7pm at CARE Funeral & Cremation Service, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville, WV with Amanda Deshong officiating.

A special thank you goes out to Darla-special Aid Tech of Valley Hospice of Wheeling and to friends Kevin & Lori Pugh, Melanie & Doug Palmer and Frankie “Maw Maw” and Paul Palmer, for all you did in Mom’s time of need.
