Robert Alan Mann, 62 of Adena, Ohio died Monday, September 23, 2019 at his home.
He was born September 23, 1957 in Norristown, Pennsylvania the son of Alan and Patricia Mann.
Besides his role as husband, father, brother and son, Bob embraced his role as teacher, not only in the gaming industry but in life in general. He excelled at that due, in large part, to his huge heart, forgiving nature, his riotous sense of humor and his uncanny mathematical ability.
As a dyed-in the-wool Philadelphia sports fan, a fitting tribute to a life well-lived would be a Super Bowl win for the Eagles.
Bob will be remembered by his wife as “Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!”
Bob leaves behind in addition to his parents, his loving family, wife, Cynthia A. Mann, whom he married on May 6, 1995, his children, Jared (Devon) Mann, Kelsey Slade, Morgan Slade, Abigail Mann, and Joanna Mann of Adena, Ohio; three sisters, Mary Kay Mann (Jim Ludavici), Carolyn DeAngelo (Mark), Barbara Mann (Philip Rizzo). Also grandchildren, Kayla, Kimberly and Karissa and Jared Mann, Jr., Ares & Ezekiel Slade.
Memorial service will be held in Piney Fork, Ohio at a future date.
Arrangements by the Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists, 204 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio.
