Scott L. Spann Sr., age 59, passed away at home on Sunday, December 20, 2020, after an extended illness.
The son of Carmen (Wright) Spann of Wellsville and the late Clarence Spann, Scott was born in East Liverpool on November 14, 1961 and had lived his entire life in this area. He had worked as an Automotive Technician for Monroe Mufflers retiring in 2004. A graduate of Wellsville High School, Scott attended the First Baptist Church in Wellsville where he was a church trustee and sang in the choir. He was a Veteran serving with the U.S. Army in Desert Storm.
Scott is survived by his wife, Lorena (Bullocks), who he married on August 28, 2010.
In addition to his mother and wife he is also survived by two sons; Scott Spann Jr. of Texas, and Landis Morris III of Pennsylvania; two daughters: Lydia Bullocks and Karemma Morris both of Pennsylvania, and a sister, April Smothers of Georgia. He also leaves 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Services will be held at the MacLean Chapel of the Care Funeral and Cremation Specialist with Pastor Darren Rogers officiating. The Tri-State Burial Group will conduct full military honors following the service. As per covid 19 guidelines, masks and social distancing will be required.

To Scott's mother, Carmen Spann, my warmest condolences at this difficult time, all my heart goes out to you and your family. The ones we love never truly leave us.When someone we love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure we keep forever. Remember that so many people are here for you if you need us.
