Sue Blake, 71 of Bellaire, Ohio died Thursday, May 16, 2019 at the Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, West Virginia. She was born March 27, 1948 in Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Earl a. and Bessie Ward. Sue was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Burley Blake on December 20, 1992, four brothers and one sister. Surviving are her children, Kathy S. (Bill) Massey of Bellaire, Ohio, Tammy Blake (Tim Taylor) of Bellaire, Ohio, Brenda (Steven) Bixby of Elm Grove, West Virginia, Allen “Bub” (Robin) Blake of Bellaire, Ohio, Ricky “Barney” Blake (Tammy Henry) of Bellaire, Ohio and Vicky Lynn Blake of Bellaire, Ohio and one brother, Allen Ward of Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania. Also twenty-three grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Family and friends will be received at the Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists, St. Clairsville Chapel 204 West Main Street St. Clairsville, Ohio on Monday from 11 am until time of services at 1 pm with Rev. Margie Carr officiating. Interment in the Greenwood Cemetery in Bellaire, Ohio.
