Vickie Lynn (Grimm) Pape, 58, of Moundsville, W.Va., passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 12, 2017, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.

Vickie was born February 19, 1959, in Glen Dale, W.Va., a daughter of the late Jack Harold Grimm and Ellen Laraine (Day) Grimm. She was the former president of the Elks Bowling League, and enjoyed calling Bingo on Sundays.

In addition to her parents, Vickie was preceded in death by her cousin, Nila Stollar. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, John E. Pape; a son, Brandon (Alyssa) Pape of Glen Dale; a step-son, Jason Pape of Charleston, W.Va.; a brother, Scott (Sherry) Grimm of Moundsville; a sister, Julie (Jeff) Okel of Fairmont, W.Va.; a grandson, Ethan Pape; step-grandmother, Joan Grimm of New Martinsville, W.Va.; cousin, Ronnie Stollar (Cindy Updegraff) of Moundsville; a niece; and three nephews.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, Friday, at the CARE Funeral Home, 1500 Second Street, Moundsville, where funeral services will be held at 11 am, Saturday, December 16, 2017, with the Rev. James Higginson officiating. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
