Vincent Charles Frollini Jr., 90, of Lafferty, passed away on September 17, 2019 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born August 15, 1929 in Lafferty, OH, son of late Vincent and Della (Gilli) Frollini.
Vincent was retired from the Ohio River Collieries, lifetime member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Lafferty, and the first President of The Lafferty Park.
Vincent started the Lafferty Volunteer Fire Department in 1972 and served as a lifelong member of the department.
He was also a lifetime member of The Lafferty Moose and a 1952 member of The International Moose.
He was a Certified Electrician for Ohio and West Virginia. Most of all, he loved his community dearly and helped as much as he could.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Helen (Kempinski) Frollini; daughter, Diane (Anthony) Hudak; grandson, Dustin (Katibeth) Hudak; and great-grandson, Thomas Anthony Hudak; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding his death in addition to his parents; siblings, Mary Springhetti, Richard Frollini, Ellen Johnson, Elva Ziegenfelder and William Frollini.
Friends and family may gather Friday from 3-7 p.m. at the Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists, 204 W. Main Street, St. Clairsville 43950.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Father Thomas Chillog officiating; immediately following the burial at the Gates Of Heaven in Lafferty, OH.
