William “Bill” D. Baker II, 56, of Moundsville, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2016 at home.
He was born December 23, 1959, a son of the late William D. and Esther I. (Workman) Baker. Bill was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was a sports enthusiast and an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins fan. Bill had a wonderful sense of humor, was very crafty, loved animals and above all loved and cared for his family.
Bill is survived by his son, Ryan Scott Baker; three sisters, Maggie Lightner, Rhonda Smith and Alicia (Larry) McClintock; two brothers, David (Cathie) Baker and John Baker; one step-sister, Kelly (Bubba) Martin; one step-brother, Jake (Lisa) Kleineke; two grandchildren, Devon and Malia Baker; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Monday, July 18, 2016 with services at 11:00 am at CARE Funeral & Cremation Service, 1500 Second St., Moundsville.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bill’s family in C/O www.tmcfunding.com to assist them with the many expenses at this very difficult time.

So sorry for your loss. I didn't know Bill real well but he was always kind to me. Ryan you are in my constant thoughts & prayers, I love you. Deepest sympathy to everyone who lost Bill he will be greatly missed.
