Thinking of all of you at this time

I am thinking of all of you at this time. I knew her as I was growing up (Santimorino's lived across from my family in Rogers) Her sister ,Barbara, was married to my uncle at one time. While growing up my parents took us to visit the family in Wellsville. I still have fond memories of all of them.

I cannot express how much I loved every talk I had sitting on the couch or at the table with you. You always kept up with me and how I was doing. Sometimes we’d talk about my life, sometimes we talked about Sunshine, and sometimes we would just stay quiet and watch the crime shows on tv. Although you weren’t my grandmother by blood, you became someone so very important in my life. I enjoyed coming over just to talk to you and see how you were doing. Thank you for all the advice you gave me and thank you for loving your granddaughter so unconditionally. I promise I’ll grow up to make you proud and I will continue to support and be your granddaughters best friend. Rest Easy, I will miss our talks dearly.

I knew Jean through the Lady Knights. She was such a lovely person and that wonderful laugh. We worked at many rummage sales and in the kitchen for special events. Jean was a special friend to everyone. She was very good friends with my mom Anna Mae McPeak who preceded her in death on December 4th. My heart and prayers go out to all of her family. She will never truly be gone as long as she lives in your memories. ❤️

Our family had a genuine bond with Jean, especially my mother. A lovelier, more deep and honest person doesn’t exist. An angel here on earth, she is well prepared for her life in Heaven. Rest in God’s Peace.

I spent many hours at her kitchen table, in her living room and on her front and back porches and my heart hurts for her kids. As this beautiful obituary says, she was the best cook, very kind and gentle, and showed loved to everyone. I’m blessed to have been a recipient of them all for so many years growing up with Maria. Heartfelt sympathies to all of you.

"Aunt" Jean wasn't my real aunt but I have known her all my life and have always considered her my aunt. Whenever I saw her she always had a big kiss for me and it never failed she always asked about my mom and husband always concerned about there health. I will miss her beautiful smile and kind words. Love you aunt Jean
