Condolences for Robert ” Brass” Beresford

My apologies to the Beresford family for this late posting. Most sincere sympathies and prayers for you are offered following this great loss. “Brassy” was how my father knew and spoke of him. I, myself had the pleasure to meet him at the Wellsville River Museum a few years ago and spent nearly an hour as he told me stories of my grandfather and other local personalities from my childhood. Wellsville and the county are just a little bit poorer and heaven the better.

Please accept our Sincere condolences on the passing of Mr. Berresford. My late Mother, Betty Leake , thought a lot of "Brassy" during the time that she worked for the Juvenile Court and the Prosecuting Attorney's office at the Courthouse in Lisbon. She always said that he was the best at what he did!
