My deepest sympathies to the family. I remember him from high school at ELHS. He graduated before me but always was kind to the underclassmen. Fly High

Frank was a joy to be around. He loved singing karaoke and was good at it. He was named “The Mayor” of Karaoke at Mountaineer. People loved him and his kind gentle way he had. If you were having a bad day Frank had a way to make you feel better. I am sure Frank is singing in God’s Choir of Angels right now with a big smile on his face. Keep singing Frank! Prayers go out to his family. So sorry for your loss.
